CEO and Co-Founder of DuraMax Roofing and Exteriors Ricardo Caguana is the CEO and Co-Founder of Duramax Roofing and Exteriors, serving Mid Hudson Valley. Ricardo is the definition of the American Dream. He immigrated to the USA at age of 12, raised in Rockland County, NY, he worked from a very young age alongside his father in the construction industry while attending school. Ricardo learned early on that he was in the land of opportunities. He has surpassed his initial goal of becoming a bank teller (was his father’s dream), to become first in his family to graduate high school and college. He attended Nyack College, where he majored in accounting and minored in business administration. Born entrepreneur, Ricardo dreamed of starting a successful business. Since founding Duramax Roofing and Exteriors, a rapidly growing company, Ricardo has shown to be a savvy and fierce leader.
