Her daughter also played a role in the color decision, inspiring a shade that reflects both boldness and warmth, connecting family and business in a meaningful way. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Fanni was shaped by resilience and determination, watching her father rise from taxi driver to business owner through hard work and perseverance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she began her professional journey in Corporate America alongside her husband, Ricardo Caguana. After relocating to New Windsor, she built a successful 10-year career in the insurance industry as a top-performing agent, earning a reputation for trust, transparency, and exceptional client care. Today, Fanni brings that same client-first mindset and business expertise to the roofing industry. As a leader at DuraMax Roofing & Exteriors, she is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship while educating and empowering homeowners to make confident decisions about their properties.
