Ricardo's story is the definition of the American Dream. He immigrated to the USA at age 12, grew up in Rockland County, NY, and worked alongside his father in construction while attending school. He became the first in his family to graduate high school and college, earning his bachelor's degree in accounting from Nyack College. That relentless drive and commitment to excellence is built into everything DuraMax does.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Fanni was shaped by watching her father rise from taxi driver to business owner through hard work and perseverance. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a decade as a top-performing insurance agent, she brought a client-first mindset and sharp business discipline to DuraMax from day one. She is also deeply passionate about inspiring women to step into leadership roles and break barriers in traditionally male-dominated industries.
