DuraMax Roofing & Exteriors was founded by Ricardo Caguana and Fanni Lema, two first-generation Americans who grew up watching their families build something from nothing. Ricardo immigrated to the USA at age 12, worked alongside his father in construction, and became the first in his family to earn a college degree. Fanni was raised in Brooklyn watching her father rise from taxi driver to business owner, then spent a decade as a top-performing insurance agent before co-founding DuraMax. Together, they saw an industry that hadn't changed in decades and decided to do things differently.
